The role of the Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. 
CRA) is to assist in the conduct of clinical trials and ensure the study is conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and ICH/FDA regulations.

Analytical Team Leader

Durham, NC
Supervise, mentor, train and develop junior scientists. Lead, review and trend laboratory investigations from aberrant data, system suitability failures, method/protocol deviations, and OOS/OOT results, and implement CAPA for such occurrences. Author validation and transfer protocols, instrument qualification protocols, analytical methods and reports including method development, transfer and validation, SOPs, etc. 


Bioanalytical Project Manager

Durham, NC
The employee is responsible for developing and validating biomarker, cell-based, immunogenicity, immuno- and enzymatic assays for support of preclinical, clinical and product release studies. The employee will work closely with clients to assure successful on time execution of assays, validation and sample analysis under GxPs. The employee will supervise up to 6 junior level scientists and/or analysts. 


Pharmaceutical Development Principal Scientist

Durham, NC
Carrying out laboratory work with minimal direction from senior laboratory leaders. Develop and execute topical drug development strategies leading to regulatory submission. Mentor junior scientists in semi-solid product development. Subject matter expert for CMC related activities; including formulation development, process development, container/closure.
